"I believe that true wellness is an integrative journey—one that involves what we put into our bodies just as much as what we put on them. I was raised with both naturopathic and western medicine. Until Covid, I was an executive chef as well as a personal chef for over 45 years, with a specialty in diabetes, gut and heart health. As a Certified Naturopath and Certified Integrative Nutritional Health Coach, I spent years studying the profound impact of nature’s pharmacy.
But I wanted to take it a step further.
I founded Lotions Potions and More Inc. to bridge the gap between clinical advice and daily ritual. I don’t just recommend wellness; I hand-craft it. From small-batch soaps and skin-nourishing salves to custom-blended tinctures and essential oils, every product I create is backed by science and infused with intention. Whether I’m coaching you through nutritional shifts or formulating a scent profile specifically for your nervous system, my goal is the same: to provide you with the high-quality, botanical tools you need to feel whole, vibrant, and balanced.
